NanoCanada From Earth to Space conference was a nationally recognized event held from June 8-10, 2022 at the Edmonton Convention Centre, Alberta. Over the course of the events three days, 300+ attendees gathered to experience 70 speakers, 30 breakout sessions, 6 parallel sessions, 2 daily high-profile keynote speakers, industry pitch challenges, 3 panel discussions, networking opportunities, a 50 exhibitors showcase, catered lunches, happy hours, 2 organized offsite social events, sponsor / media activation, an evening banquet celebration, awards ceremony, and 3 optional tech tours to nearby innovation centres.

With a diverse range of activities spanning multiple days, maintaining attendee engagement throughout the event was essential. Parléview implemented various strategies to enhance audience engagement, such as interactive panel formats, audience Q&A sessions, and networking icebreaker activities. We also utilized event technology solutions, such as a mobile app for agenda access and real-time polling, to encourage participation and interaction among attendees. We meticulously handled all logistics, from venue selection and contract negotiations to coordinating catering, sponsors, speakers, managing the budget, registration, transportation, rentals and room block accommodations.
