To design and produce Canada Post's annual Partner Meeting, Parléview meticulously coordinated every aspect of the event which was held at the Hilton Suites in Toronto. Over 200 Partners were in attendance from the commercial products / printers sectors across Canada. We secured a dynamic mainstage keynote speaker to inspire the audience, and organized an awards recognition segment to celebrate the achievements of the Partners in the commercial products and printing sectors. Understanding the diverse audience, we ensured the event was bilingual, providing translation for all presentations. Additionally, we assembled a panel of educational speakers to share valuable insights, fostering a collaborative and learning environment. From the catering selections to room blocks, every detail was crafted to create a professional yet engaging atmosphere, ensuring that our partners left feeling valued and informed.
