AT FAN EXPO
Sennheiser at Fan Expo was a three-day Trade Show activation that required an innovative approach to gain engagement. Fan Expo is a ‘gamer and comic’ convention, where attendees come together to challenge each other in video games and buy swag highlighting their favourite superhero. An event not usually associated with high performance electronics, Sennheiser had the challenge of finding a way to speak to the attendees and grab their attention.
Deploying an experiential environment consisting of gamification, sound stations, knowledgeable brand ambassadors, and prizing – the activation drove excitement to the unreleased Urbanite headsets and generated buzz in social channels while motivating search results on the web. Using a digital touch screen photo board, a push through social contest enabled visitors to Tweet, Instagram, and Facebook their exciting trade show moments; of costume contests, winning games, and memorable interactions with the Sennheiser Brand Ambassador team.
